Our Mission
The New England Alliance for Addiction Recovery (NEAAR), a representative group of the six New England states is dedicated to improving attitudes and public and legislative awareness about substance abuse recovery issues.

We seek to engage recovering people and all others concerned about the recovery process in educating policy makers, service providers, legislators and the public.

Our goal is to support the empowerment of recovering people in their physical, emotional, and spiritual growth and provide opportunities to make significant contributions to society.
