Our Mission: To organize recovering individuals, families and friends into a collective voice to educate the public about the value of recovery from alcohol and other addictions.

Our Vision: MOAR envisions a society where addiction is treated as a significant public health issue and recovery is recognized as valuable to all our communities.

Our Message: We seek to continue to build a recovery informed society where recovery becomes a societal "norm" and prevention a societal "given".

Ultimately we seek to continue to be VISIBLE, VOCAL and VALUABLE with the aim of being VICTORIOUS in reducing the stigma and discrimination related to addiction.

We invite you to find out more about us, about addiction, and how you can become involved! Here is a message from MOAR's Executive Director, Maryanne Frangules.

MOAR is an affiliate of NEAAR, "The New England Alliance for Addiction Recovery".
